Recipe for Friendship

I took a picture of Jonah the other day because I wanted to capture a moment.  He is at such an adorable age.  A little boy but growing so fast.  Soon I will turn around and he'll be a man.  He's already getting too big to sit on my knees.

Last night at the supper table he told me his recipe for friendship;
"1 cup love
10 cups self control
15 cups gentleness
And if that doesn't work Mom, he said, then I guess you are on your own!"
So precious.
